SUMMARY:Wings Across the West
DESCRIPTION:While we work across the world\, what started it all was a fascination with the fall migration of raptors\, and a desire to document whether these apex predators migrated in the west. Four decades later\, HawkWatch International now operates the largest standardized migration network in the world\, keeping a pulse on the health of raptor populations across the western United States—and beyond. \nJoin us as we celebrate this community that has kept us counting for the last 40 years\, and raise funds for future. The party starts at our HawkWatch sites throughout the Western United States\, before a grand finale on Thursday\, October 15\, 2026 in Salt Lake City. Plus\, there are field trips to follow! \nPost-Fundraiser Field Trips\n\nSaturday\, October 17\, 2026: Goshute Mountains HawkWatch\, Nevada\nSaturday\, October 17\, 2026: Commissary Ridge HawkWatch\, Wyoming\nPre-Fundraiser Field Trip Info Coming Soon! \n\nWant to Celebrate in Style? Let’s Discuss Sponsorships!\nOptions available for individuals\, groups\, businesses\, and more! Contact Kirsten Elliott\, Development & Communications Director\, at kelliott@hawkwatch.org.
