The Hawk Migration Association of North America invites you to join us at Braddock Bay, NY to celebrate “40 Years of Connecting Hawks and People.” Located along the southern shore of Lake Ontario, just northwest of Rochester, NY, Braddock Bay is one of the best sites on the continent to enjoy spring raptor migration. While the hawkwatching can be fantastic at Braddock Bay, other birding opportunities abound in the area as well. From waterfowl to warblers, and even owls, Braddock Bay is a migration hot spot!
Conference presentations and indoor workshops will be held at the Rochester Airport Marriott, The Marriott is a short 10 minute drive from Braddock Bay Park, where the hawkwatch and Braddock Bay Raptor Research’s annual “Bird of Prey Days” celebration will take place. Conference goers will be provided with the opportunity to participate in that event as well.
