Join us up at Alta this summer for bird of prey shows hosted by HawkWatch! Every other Friday beginning July 2 through August 20, there will be an in-person showing of some of the most beautiful raptors in the Wasatch, followed by nature and ecology walk led by one of our conservation partners. This is a free, family-friendly event suitable for all ages.
Meet at Alta Town Park at 1pm where participants will get to meet a variety of our raptor ambassadors--learn about these species and why they are now in captivity. Following the program, join us outside for a nature hike to take in the breathtaking views of Little Cottonwood Canyon while you learn about some of the ecology of the canyon and surrounding area.
