Our Raptor Ambassadors are fundamental team members in our pursuit to conserve these charismatic and essential species. These Ambassadors are educators in their own right, impacting over 40,000 people a year worldwide.

Caring for these birds who can no longer survive in the wild is a privilege. Our community of staff, docents, and bird care are committed to giving our birds the best care possible. It costs about $3,000 a year to feed and care for a single Raptor Ambassador. This number, however, does not include the costs associated with staff time spent training our birds to be the best Raptor Ambassadors possible and our volunteer docents who bring these birds to you.
