In Memory of
Leo Chidester

For over a decade, you knew where you could find Leo each fall: the top of the Goshute Mountains in eastern Nevada. Although he had numerous hobbies—from airplanes to beekeeping—his time counting and banding migrating raptors at the Goshute Mountains HawkWatch was one of the most enduring.

Leo also regularly shared his passion for raptors with others. He frequently invited many of his friends and family to join him at the Goshutes, sharing this important experience with him.

Your gifts will ensure that Leo’s legacy lives on, supporting important raptor research, education, and conservation efforts.
