40th Anniversary Hub

Cheers to 40 years!

While we work across the world, it all started with a fascination with the fall raptor migration and a desire to document whether these apex predators migrated in the western US. Four decades later, HawkWatch International now operates the world’s largest standardized migration network, keeping a pulse on the health of raptor populations across the western United States—and beyond.

Starting in August, the fall raptor migration is underway! We’ve got a packed calendar of events this season to celebrate this anniversary alongside our standard count season. Check out all the ways to celebrate with us!
