In Memorium: HawkWatch International’s Former Raptor Ambassadors

Our Raptor Ambassadors are what bring our education programs to life. Since HawkWatch International was founded, education has always existed alongside our research—starting with Gavilan, the Red-tailed Hawk. With their help, we’ve reached over half a million learners with the message of raptor conservation. It is our honor to care for these incredible birds, and we are grateful for the time we shared.
